Blue Tree Resort - Lake Buena Vista - 1 & 2 Bedroom Condos

Our building had no hot water, so they moved my friend and me to another, more updated building. The District Manager and Desk manager Ricardo A. Jimenez were both very accommodating. Some buildings are being renovated, but the place still needs more work. The furniture looked old and worn, and I think it should be replaced.

We liked being able to head to the parks and then come back to relax as if we were home. The pools were great for unwinding, and the reception staff were friendly and attentive. I stayed with my family at Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista in Orlando. The apartment had plenty of room, clean comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. For the price, it was a convenient, good-value option for a family, and I'd happily stay again.

Westgate Blue Tree Resort has a quiet, tucked-away feel on 23 acres, with landscaped grounds, outdoor games, pools, grills, and a basketball court. It's a family-friendly place with the amenities you need for an exciting Orlando stay, and the rates are hard to turn down. The rooms have full kitchens, there's complimentary transportation, and there's also a miniature golf course on site. It's only minutes from Disney, and the hotel has been newly renovated.

The heated pool and hot tub were nice for our family, but we didn't get fresh towels or trash service during our four-day stay. Our room was clean and inviting at first, though it was at the far back of the resort and the view wasn't great. On the last day I found a large cockroach lying on its back, still alive. I know they may be common in this climate, but I'd never dealt with one before and was disgusted. After that I worried about them getting into our luggage and coming home with us, so we quarantined and washed all our belongings.
