Quality Inn Oxford Anniston I-20

We'd definitely stay here again. The themed rooms are a great touch for a hotel, and they're really trying to make this a good place for the money. We spent Valentine's night in one of the updated rooms and chose the green room. It was nicely decorated, with beautiful epoxy floors to match the theme, and the area out back was quiet and relaxing. The staff were super welcoming, and the general manager had made a reservation for us a week before our date.

The front desk people are awesome, and the rooms are nicely designed. The fridge doesn't work well, though, and my bed linens haven't been changed all week even after I requested it twice. Housekeeping has been horrible. My shower hasn't been cleaned all week, and there was trash under the AC when I arrived that's still there a week later. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping needs to be fired. Flat out.

The room was clean enough for one night, and the rooms are sort of cute. Those painted birds have a slight horror movie vibe, and the teal blue decor might suit you if that's your thing. A previous guest added to the look by smearing gum on the wall. Lovely charm. I'd pack slippers, since you never know what's been left on the black “marbled” floors. There was no “hot breakfast” to be found, unless you count dirt coffee and expired creamer. Dunkin and Panera are a hop and a skip away, though, with reasonably cheap breakfast options nearby.

The place has been renovated, and the rooms are clean and freshly painted, though not luxurious. Pets stay without charge, and there are plenty of food options in the area.
