The quiet setting was my favorite part, and it was great for kids. Sea Breeze Inn is a little away from the busy area, though still an easy drive to the main attractions. Check-in was quick and easy, and reception was friendly. Our room was spacious and just as described, with comfortable beds and a small kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, dish soap, and a sponge. The bathroom had hand soap and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No bed bugs!!! There’s a small restaurant next door that looked good for a quick drink or bite. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the oceanview trail toward lover point cafe/beach area. The view was incredible, so the walk was worth it. Coffee shops, restaurants, and stores are about two blocks away. This will definitely be our hotel next time we visit Monterey bay.

Parking right in front of our cottage made things so convenient, and we slept well because it stayed so quiet, even with pets on the property. Everything was very well kept, and being close to the beach is a big plus. We had a positive experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a superior beachfront stay.

The rooms are basic and there were no toiletries, but the location by the water is really good. There’s a small beach and a great coastal walk. I loved heading out for morning walks with both locals and tourists.

The rooms are decent, nothing fancy, but I found mine pretty clean. I’m picky about cleanliness, and it even smelled like it had been disinfected. Check-in was easy, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I’d stay here again.

Ants were everywhere, even on the beds and throughout the bathroom and kitchen. They got all our food, so we couldn’t use the kitchen at all, even though that’s specifically why we booked the room. The business did nothing about it and wouldn’t offer any compensation for what we lost. Not worth it!
