We arrived late in the evening without a reservation and had a great stay. The location is handy, right off the highway with easy access in both directions. Everything felt fresh, modern, and clean at this brand-new hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the place is beautifully done. The staff were friendly and polite, and I loved the streaming TVs, which are surprisingly hard to find in hotels. The attention to detail really shows, and we'll definitely return. All the staff were excellent. Amber at the front desk was especially friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Many thanks to Amber!

The little bathtub was a nice surprise, and I was glad to find TVs with streaming, which hotels often seem to miss. We had a lovely stay with our three young kids. Everything felt fresh and modern since the place had only opened on Monday, and it was spotless. The food was delicious, the design was beautiful, and the staff were so friendly and polite. We’ll be back!

The best part was the location: handy for I-75, with easy back roads to the fairgrounds for our event the next morning. The exterior looks current, and the brick paver lot is attractive. The beds were springy but comfortable, and the shower had good heat and pressure. The lobby and rooms looked updated at first, though the old fixtures gave the room a dated feel up close, like lipstick on a pig. There was loud banging around 5:30 a.m.; maybe it came from construction nearby, but I couldn't tell. There were two $3 bottles of water, which may have been what the $100 incidentals deposit was for, since there was no minibar or other obvious extra. The receptionist spoke quickly and mumbled, so I couldn't tell what she was asking. I usually have reasonable expectations for a mid-range hotel for a night or two, but this stay had one hiccup after another. Breakfast was the usual dried-out eggs, sausage, bagels, and coffee, then we learned it cost $13 per person. We were in a rush for our event, otherwise we'd have gone to a restaurant. Hilton Garden Inn seems to be aiming higher, but this is a stopover hotel. I think IHG needs to decide whether it's economy or first class. If most guests are just passing through for fairgrounds events, I'd suggest low-to-mid prices and free water.

I used to work in hotels, and this team really impressed me. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and the service went beyond what I expected. After our wedding, my husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Perry, Georgia, and it was a wonderful beginning to married life. We got such a warm welcome at check-in. The staff congratulated us and seemed truly happy for us. Later, the bar and dining room had a cheerful, welcoming feel. Chef Nate made two huge ribeyes perfectly, some of the best steaks we’ve had. The Caesar salad was fresh, and the homemade whipped potatoes were full of flavor. Amanda, the General Manager, kindly took 50% off our full food and bar bill. That was incredibly thoughtful and made the celebration even more memorable. Shardae made our drinks just right and has a fantastic personality. Brad was also a great server, attentive, friendly, and excellent at his job. We also met David and Faye Smith at the bar. They prayed with us and bought us a drink, a lovely surprise that made the whole evening feel meant to be. The staff they were lucky to find are a real asset. We’ll definitely return, even if only to enjoy the restaurant and bar. Thank you for making our wedding night one we’ll always cherish.

I won't be coming back, even as a Hilton Gold member. My coworker and I each booked the same room within a day of each other, but my bill was $100 higher. The front desk couldn't explain the difference when I asked. They also said my $10 food and beverage credit had been applied, but the drink showed up on my card days later.
