I was traveling alone as a woman and felt safe, cared for, and able to enjoy a quiet space. There are lots of convenient things close by, too. A really pleasant surprise compared with my usual travel stays.

It's close to a lot of stores, which is about the only good thing. The receptionists were both uncaring and the service was terrible. The room looked worn out, with old furniture and peeling chairs. Breakfast wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend it.

For the price, the value is excellent, and I felt safe and looked after throughout my stay at the Quality Inn in West Plano. My room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and the basic amenities I needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was complimentary, hot, fresh, and had plenty of variety. Shopping and restaurants are close, and the highway is easy to reach. I'd definitely return and recommend it to others visiting the area.

The prices are manageable, and the rooms are very well tended. Breakfast is great, the customer service is good, and this is the best hotel overall. It even beats La Quinta. I'd recommend it 100%.

The room was clean, though there was some smell I couldn't identify. I got a peaceful night's rest, and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel or inn in a while. The staff were amazing, especially Pat, who was phenomenal, and James, who also gave superb customer service. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area.
