Quality Inn

Julie was quick to replenish breakfast when I noticed it was running low, and the people here were very kind with great customer service. At check-in, they offered me the available suite for the same price as a regular room, which made for a luxurious night. I had a fantastic stay and will come back if I'm in the area.

I'm staying at this Quality Inn for three weeks, and it's been the most comfortable and homey of the four hotels in the area for a longer stay. The desk manager is very kind and makes sure the hotel is clean, and the other staff are accommodating too. The husband and wife who clean the rooms are respectful and do a nice job. When my fridge stopped working, the assistant who handles general jobs replaced it right away. I believe her name is Julie, and she seemed to keep the team running smoothly when others were off or away. Excellent service, like at other hotels. Thank you, Donna Q.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and nice, breakfast was good and hot, and the front desk employee was kind and helpful.

The breakfast is all included and has eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal for kids, coffee, orange, apple and cranberry juice, toast, and hard-boiled eggs. Wow, what a breakfast. The rooms are neat and tidy, and the hotel is clean without any musty smell. Management takes pride in this Quality Inn, and the office staff are nice and attentive. Even the tub and shower were clean. The A/C is cold and refreshing on hot summer days in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and you can walk around in socks or barefoot without getting dirty feet. The room door seals tightly and locks when you leave, so you know your things are secure. This was our first stay at Quality Inn Ponca City, Oklahoma. If you need a hotel or motel for a night or a weekend, this is the one to pick.
