The front desk clerk Shante was friendly and pleasant, and check-in was fast and easy. We stayed one night in a brand-new room, so it felt fresh and comfortable. The hotel was quiet too, which made for a smooth stay.

Service was incredible. Ariana at the front desk and Chantee, the manager, took care of every need. They helped when I forgot toothpaste, needed plastic bags, wanted restaurant reservations, and had trouble logging onto Wi-Fi. They even helped with Marriott reservations and fixed an error in mine. The hotel was new and immaculate, pet friendly, with free Tesla Destination chargers, a pool, and a nice breakfast. Two good casual restaurants, Taco[Stache] and Sauce, are a block away and within walking distance. Our balcony looked out over a beautiful lake. We’re senior snowbirds passing through several times a year, and we’ll always try to stay here.

It’s a new hotel, and the room was clean, but that was about the only positive. The AC in room 444 was so loud that we switched it off to sleep. The hallway by the elevator wasn’t clean either, so someone hadn’t done their job. I stayed May 19th and won’t be back.

They didn’t honor my late checkout request, even though I have Titanium status. Don’t count on getting a late checkout here.
