It's a place to sleep and little else, with a two-star feel. The building is in a relatively safer, less chaotic part of downtown, and it's near Sister Coffee, Basic market, Safeway, and Chipotle. It was cheap compared with other downtown hotels, and the room had a kitchen that was moderately stocked with things like toilet paper and kitchen towels. Still, the kitchen wasn't clean. Check utensils carefully: every fork I found had food stains, and there were hairs on the chair. There was no onsite parking, and street spots were so limited that finding one that wasn't ridiculously far took over 20 minutes. Noise was another problem. You could easily hear people walking upstairs, and I couldn't sleep. There's coin laundry shared by the floor, though for a serviced apartment I'd expect free laundry in the room. The property manager was helpful, but after I asked to check out early and get a refund, she ghosted me. Big meh. I won't stay again.
