La Quinta Inn & Suites Corpus Christi - Portland

Fernando was friendly and helpful the whole time, and made us feel welcome as soon as we checked in. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked too. I’d recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

I got a good night’s sleep, and the staff were very kind. The place was clean throughout, including the carpet and nicely finished bathrooms. Parking felt safe, in a drug-free zone. Breakfast was good, with sausage and gravy, eggs, waffles, milk, yogurt, fruit, and plenty more.

The place was very clean, and the area felt safe enough to relax and sleep well. Staff were kind and attentive to everything I needed.

When we arrived at 9:00PM, the room had no heat or cooling from its HVAC unit, and we were cold all night. The TV was unwatchable, with a very dark picture that kept sputtering, and the Wi-Fi was down for our entire night. The manager, Hiral Jiva, wouldn’t speak with me despite two separate attempts in person the next day. The front desk clerk said someone would call later that day, but two days have passed and NOBODY from La Quinta has called. This was the second room we were shown because the first was a disaster too. The room was filthy and badly worn. Awful stay, followed by awful customer service.
