We slept well, except for my son on the pull-out couch, but I can't recommend this hotel until it gets new furniture and a lot of maintenance. The king bed was comfortable, and the flat screen was fine. Everything else felt dated. The only chair at the table and the couch had stains, and opening the convertible couch left so little space that we had to squeeze past it to reach the bathroom. The microwave looked like there'd clearly been a fire inside. The counter beneath the ice bucket tray was completely blackened, and there was a very sketchy plug under the microwave by the kitchen sink. The window was blown so badly it was hard to see through. I checked the area's water quality and definitely avoided drinking the water. At check-in, I had to hand my card to the woman at the desk because the card machines were out of order.

I booked a room, then lost my ID while traveling from Missouri to the property. They refused to let me stay or help me contact the general manager. The booking was nonrefundable under the hotel's rules, and they offered no way to resolve it. They kept my money and turned me away, leaving me out on the streets without money for another place. The customer service was awful, and they acted like they were better than the people they serve. I would never stay or book here.

There was hardly any water coming from the shower because the pressure was so low. The ice machines were all broken, with no indication they’d be fixed soon, and breakfast was mediocre, with no hot options. I’d only stay here in an emergency.

The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. The young woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, too. Breakfast could’ve been better, but it was manageable.

The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, even with four of them on a king bed, and breakfast had very few options and ended at 9 a.m. The place is a little run down, so I’d say it’s okay for a night or two, but not a longer stay. We waited 15 minutes in the lobby before anyone acknowledged the two families trying to check in. The phone was off the hook, so there was no way to call and let them know we’d arrived.
