Secret Garden Inn

The location makes it easy to get everywhere, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The other guests were nice, too. Chip and David have been the owners since 2016, and they’re amazing hosts: kind, full of good recommendations and funny stories, and both excellent bakers. The continental breakfast went well beyond what we expected, with fruit, yogurt, bagels, coffee, and something homemade. They also bake amazing cookies every day. We’d love to stay with them again. If we could, we’d give them six stars!

We visited the Secret Garden Inn at the end of October, and it was a wonderful time. Chip & David’s home feels so warm and welcoming. The grounds are gorgeous, and whenever we went into the garden, we noticed something new. There are lovely little details everywhere, inside and out. We enjoyed the breakfasts and baked goods so much, and can’t wait to return. Thanks for your hospitality and for making our first trip to Provincetown such a great memory.

The inn was quiet even though it’s right on Commercial Street, thanks to being set back from the road. We had a clean, airy room with a comfortable bed, and enjoyed breakfast in the garden each morning and reading on the second-floor porch later on. Chip and David are amiable, attentive hosts, and they make the best desserts. My wife Lauren and I spent four days and three nights here for our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. We’d definitely stay again when we return, and you should consider it too.

Breakfast was tasty and saved us a lot, since P-Town dining isn’t inexpensive. Chip & David also gave us helpful suggestions, and we enjoyed meeting guests from around the world. The inn and our room were charming, and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer. We were surprised how peaceful it was, despite being just one block from Commercial Street and close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The faucets, shower, and other amenities feel luxurious. What’s not to love?
