Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites

Good value just off the interstate, with a clean, fairly modern room, sauna, made-to-order omelets, and friendly staff. I took off a star because the first room we were sent to was already occupied. That was scary.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s always been very clean with comfy beds. Check-in was easy, and the counter clerks are friendly, greeting us cheerfully whenever we come or go. Breakfast was tasty, and we travel here to see family, so this pet-friendly hotel will continue to be our choice.

The place was okay, but my boyfriend got sick after eating an omelette at breakfast. Make sure they wear gloves while preparing it and don’t touch every surface with them. We also asked the front desk on check-in day about not staying all the nights, and were told there’d be no problem and we wouldn’t be charged. We were charged anyway. When I messaged the manager about a refund for the unused night, he refused and didn’t even reply back.

The room service replaced all the towels and soaps but didn’t touch the bed, and the tub wouldn’t drain. I also needed new card keys every day because the magnetic strip kept demagnetizing. The card key maker may need replacing. Wi-Fi was slow, the hot tub was out of order, and the thin walls let in traffic noise. The TV rattled whenever I walked past it, though maybe that’s just me. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and daily room service was provided. I’d still give it four stars, but management should address these issues.
