Terrace Inn and Suites

The rooms are great for their age, though I wish the insulation between them were better. I’ve stayed here off and on since the late 90s. My neighbor had their TV blasting at 11:30 at night, so I called the office and asked them to tell the neighbor to turn it down. By 12:15 there was no change. When I called again, the person said they hadn’t answered the phone and told me to go knock on their door myself. That made me mad. I waited, thinking maybe they’d turn it down, but at 1:40 am I called the front desk and told him to get over there and handle it. He finally got up and spoke to them, but he should’ve done that before I had to call twice!

This is always my choice of stay. The room is spacious, clean, and cozy, with good lighting, a comfortable bathroom, and everything in it works. There’s a fridge, microwave, TV, and air conditioning, plus parking and Wi-Fi. The staff and cleaning staff are friendly and kind. Prices are reasonable, and there are delicious restaurant options nearby.

If you have booked a ticket for this hotel, I’m proud of you.

For a motel, this was much better than my family and I expected. It’s simple but cute, nice and clean, and the staff were very nice. They had the best economical price around, too. The one problem was the manager or owner. He was rude, and it was hard to understand what he was saying. Besides him, I was very satisfied.
