We arrived exhausted just before midnight because I’d been told a paid reservation could be canceled if we didn’t get there by then, even though I’d booked our two nights more than a month earlier. I’d called that morning to confirm the room type I paid for, and the man said rooms were first come, first served and my reservation didn’t matter. None of that had been mentioned or noted before. I’m not boujee, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. The room was dirty when we got there, and I was too tired to say anything. By morning it still hadn’t been cleaned, swept or mopped, and there was actual garbage in the drawers. The floor was visibly dusty and dirty. When I told the front desk, he looked up my reservation and said, “you only have a 2 night stay”. I said even for one night it should still be cleaned, and he got upset. The “breakfast” room had no milk or milk jug for the cereal. They’d run out of coffee during the posted breakfast hours, too. When I asked for more, the man got frustrated and gave me a smart response.

The website pictures were very deceiving. This place was a dump, and we ended up sleeping in our car. When I showed Management pictures and brought it to their attention, she had an excuse or reason for everything. All they said was, look at the price. What do you expect?

The location and park, sleep, fly package were why my sister-in-law booked this for our family vacation, and we also reserved a room for our late night return after leaving our car there. The staff were polite, and the parking and shuttle were convenient. The location was great, but the hotel was filthy and made our skin crawl. Do yourself a favor and go to Holiday Inn down the street. On both visits, day and night, the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. In our first room, the fridge was full of mold and gave off an unpleasant mildew odor. The rooms were very dated and housekeeping was poor. On the return stay, the bed sheet had questionable stains that were still wet. The room made us feel dirty and disgusting, and people were in and out of rooms all night. Thin walls didn’t help.

The price is what keeps bringing us back. The beds were clean, the room was okay, and the rates are good, though this isn't the cleanest place around. I wiped down the remote, and the bathroom floor was soapy enough that I rinsed it myself with a cloth. The sheets seemed bleached and really affected my skin, so I brought my own the next time. When I can afford more, I'll definitely stay somewhere nicer.
