A quiet, comfortable stay for a great rate. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept well, and the room was fresh and clean, even the floor. I could walk around barefoot. Front desk and housekeeping were courteous, polite, and accommodating. Restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and 24 Hour Fitness are all within walking distance. I'll be back.

The room had a bad smell when I first opened the door, and the receptionist wasn't professional or patient. I asked for three keys but was given only one. Apart from that, everything was fine. You get what you pay for, so don't expect too much beyond the price.

I keep coming back because it's quiet, a good price, and bed bug free. The housekeeping staff are really friendly, and the front desk workers have always been nice when I come in. They've had no problem accommodating requests for a certain floor or side of the hotel. The rooms vary since it's being remodeled, but it's still good for what you pay. If you expect a Hilton type hotel, stay at the Marriott or Hilton. There can be some sketchy people outside, but it is a hotel. The only real disappointment is that the pool was never open when I was there in summer.

I've been staying here for a while, and it feels cozy and comfortable, almost like home. The front desk customer service is five star. The cleaners work hard and try to accommodate what you need to feel comfortable. Management will also work with your budget when you're in a time of need. It's a great place to stay.
