Jessica was awesome when she checked me in. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had good pressure with plenty of hot water. The hot tub in the pool room was especially nice in cold weather. The breakfast restaurant was reasonably priced, and there’s also a restaurant for dinner. Watch your ankles at night, though: the bed frame has a little bump along the sides where it holds the box spring, and it’s easy to catch yourself on it.

Everyone was friendly, and we had a blast. We stayed with a friend and my daughter at the end of April for vacation in Massachusetts. Luba acknowledged my IHG membership and kindly gave us two free bottles of water. They even baked cookies for guests at night. Early one morning, we found a leak in the bathroom ceiling and went to the front desk. Leiliana was very kind and, though nervous, worked out what to do and moved us to another room. Cynthia fixed it right away, so we could return to our room. Kristen, the GM, was amazing and very helpful, and Liz was also wonderful, running around and assisting everyone. Annie the waitress handled Saturday breakfast’s busy rush really well. I’d absolutely recommend the place.

The pool hours let us swim both at night and again in the morning, which made this a great one-night family stay. The whole area was warm, the pool too, and everything was clean and working. We also liked having coffee, tea, and cocoa available all the time. This one's going near the top of our local indoor-pool hotel list. Maybe we'll stay an extra night next time.

Jessica, one of the managers, helped us book a really nice suite, and this was our second stay. She clearly cares about both guests and staff. Luba at the front desk was accommodating on our first visit, and everyone at reception has been friendly. The staff here are helpful and seem to genuinely care. We enjoyed the suite with its sauna, built-in jacuzzi, and washer and dryer. The pool was warm, the hot tub nice and hot, and breakfast was good for a complimentary meal. I ordered the Inn special, and the dining area was pleasant, with kind, willing servers. We had an amazing stay and will be back soon. This Holiday Inn really is a hidden gem.

The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, and Bridget made check-in easy with her warm, helpful welcome. Our suite at the Holiday Inn in Salem, NH was just the right size for me, my boyfriend, and the kids. It was clean and comfortable, and we'd happily stay again. ♡
