The Coach House

We loved our time at The Coach House, and it’s become our new yearly tradition. Our host was attentive from the moment we arrived and made us feel like family. The team kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The peaceful, charming atmosphere felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches made the stay especially memorable, including the gorgeous décor, witch-themed champagne, and lovely pastry charcuterie trays. Everything was welcoming and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Marley, the manager, was super responsive, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted, either with a comfortable walk or a quick Uber. I stayed here with my girls for a retreat. The decor is stunning, with lots of cute spots for pictures together, and our room was comfortable with really nice linens. I’d definitely recommend it for a Salem visit.

We found this place at the last minute, and booking and getting settled was quick and easy. The room had just what we needed and was really nice, with an Airbnb kind of feel without the hassle of dealing with Airbnb. The all-day concierge answered questions about our needs pretty much right away. They also leave a little “ledger” newspaper on the bed with local recommendations and stories about the building. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone passing through town.

Marley, our concierge, was a huge help, and the B&B was squeaky clean, full of charm, and beautifully done. We booked the dark romance package for our 13th wedding anniversary, and it looked stunning when we arrived. The Coach House really caters to the spooky at heart. We liked being a little outside downtown, though it’s still walkable, and an Uber was inexpensive. We came in the “off” season, rented a car, and could find parking in one of the downtown garages at any time. The Coach House exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Salem, MA.
