Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio - Frost Bank Ctr

The rooms are a little pricey, but the breakfast and the early option make the cost feel more worthwhile. The regular breakfast starts at 6, and before then early risers can get bread, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, decaf, and hot water for tea. The staff were consistently friendly, and the recent remodel looks good. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

Angelica at the front desk and Danitiza on the night desk were both excellent. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and happy to help, with a smile. They went well beyond what we expected during our stay this past weekend. We're already looking forward to planning future family events here, and we'd gladly recommend the facility to family, coworkers, church members, and friends.

We booked at the last minute, and the team was pleasant and easy to work with the whole time. Angel really was an 😇 Angel. There was remodeling at first, but they cleared out and things were fine. Breakfast was included, with some healthier choices, which was nice. The place also smelled fresh, not old or stale like some hotels. I'd book again if I'm nearby.

The property was very clean and well kept, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast is included, but it needs attention: food should be replenished through the morning and kept fresh. By the time we got there, the biscuits were hard as rocks.
