Sonesta Simply Suites San Antonio NW

The cost is low compared with other places around here, and the living experience is decent. Mrs K does a great job running the property and looking after guests. I feel safe with Mr Dez on security. He's kind and clearly cares about residents' safety.

I'm so thankful we're here. My daughter is staying with me now, and everyone has welcomed her with open arms. Miss Karen has worked hard to keep the place clean, maintained, and welcoming, and the staff deserve thanks for their hard work. The front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance always handle our requests quickly. Security does a great job keeping the property safe, too. The holidays are especially hard for me this year, but Miss Karen, the general manager, made Thanksgiving and Christmas joyful and heartwarming, along with the whole staff. She's one of the kindest people I've met in this kind of setting. And her peach cobbler and banana pudding are the best! She also made an amazingly good French toast casserole. God bless you all for making this feel like home.

We thought we'd only be here a month or two while moving into an apartment, but ended up staying longer. The responsive staff, amenities, and sense of community made it an easy choice to keep staying. Ms. Karen Crisp, the manager, is visible, engaged with guests and her team, and quick to respond. She brought a lot of positive energy and change when she arrived. Ms. Bree at the front desk is always smiling, and our interactions with her are pleasant. The new maintenance team responds quickly, and every request I've made has been handled the same day. The property is well kept, and it feels like a community where you belong. The suite is furnished, the high-speed internet is dedicated rather than shared, and there's cable, laundry, and a gym on site. It's close to shopping and restaurants, right off I-10, and easy to get around by car or bus. Siegel Select San Antonio is an easy place to choose.

I've been here three months now, and my earlier review still stands. Management and the staff are amazing and attentive. So far, it's been a really good stay. My room is clean, quiet, and has what I need for a longer stay, and the staff are friendly and make sure guests are comfortable. Having security on site helps me feel safe. The location is convenient for shopping and getting around, and the property is well maintained. It's been easy to feel at home here. I'd recommend it for a long-term stay.
