You can hear a lot of noise from the street and freeway. The room was pretty clean aside from the couch, which had white and brown stains lol, they should just get rid of it. The towels had hair on them, but I brought my own. Other than that, not a bad budget stay.

This feels totally scammy. They want to photocopy my ID and keep the copy. Don't stay here, they'll steal your identity.

The staff are amazing and seem to work nonstop. The place is clean, and although you see homeless people around, they don't seem to stop here. The hotel has a security team, and the staff are, for lack of a better word, assertive. That helped me feel safe and made the stay relaxing. The location is both a blessing and a curse: right off the road, easy to get back on, and under a mile from several breakfast spots, a grocery store, and lots of restaurants. But being so close to the highway means traffic can be loud. There aren't many "Green Places" to walk or hang out. It's a must-stay if you're in the area.

We'd reserved a first-floor room a month ahead because my elderly grandmother is handicapped, but when we arrived the service was horrible. They'd given away all the first-floor rooms and couldn't accommodate us. With no elevator to the second floor, we were out of luck. We left without any help and went to the hotel next door. They gave us a handicapped room, a discount, and were extremely kind. I'd recommend going to the Hospitality Inn instead.
