Had a ball here with my wife and we'll come back with the kids. It's right in the heart of downtown SanDiego, and the price wasn't bad either. Parking can get expensive if you pick the wrong lot, though. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏆❤️❤️❤️
We were excited to stay here, but left very dissatisfied. We requested a room for three adults with two beds, one queen and one twin. There was only one bed in the room, and when we called, we were told there was an air mattress in the cabinet. There was no extra bedding. Getting access was frustrating too. We arrived before check-in, which was fine, but got no instructions for entering the building until after check-in time, despite making three calls. Once inside, a woman was still in the room doing a final check, which wasn't a problem by itself. Outside, the trash cans were overflowing and covered in flies. The room also had dents and dings.
Not getting a refund feels a bit like being trapped in a haunted house.
