The location was exceptional, and the room was spacious and clean, with lots of useful amenities and kitchenware. Parking is limited, but we still found a reasonably safe spot nearby without much trouble. All the staff we met over our two-day stay were very friendly and helpful. If I visit the area again, this hotel will be my first choice.

We spent two nights here in February and would return in a heartbeat. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and upscale toiletries. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Onsite covered parking is available for a reasonable fee. The location is perfect: an easy walk to Ghirardelli and the whole wharf, with a trolley car just outside if you want a ride. It's a great value, and the only place we'll stay in SF in the future. My one suggestion is to add little single-serve cups of half-and-half for the coffee in the room.

The rooftop view is beautiful, and the resort was very clean and in a really convenient location. Parking gets a little tight when the garage is full of full-size SUVs. I couldn't control the thermostat, so it got a bit warm at times. Still, I'd stay again.

The roof has wonderful views on a clear day, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the Bay Bridge. The location is close to several iconic tourist spots, with a bus stop right outside and across the street that can take you around SF inexpensively. The start of the cable car route is a short walk away, and In-n-Out is close too, open until 1:30 a.m. Check-in always feels welcoming, and the reception staff are so helpful and friendly. I always have a great time here. The beds are comfortable, with room to roll sideways. Guaranteed enjoyment at the Suites at Fisherman Wharf.
