The room was cozy and comfortable, and though it looked a bit outdated, it was clean and well maintained. The person at the desk, who I think was the owner, was friendly and helpful. I had a great stay last weekend and definitely recommend it if you want a budget friendly spot near downtown San Luis Obispo and CalPoly SLO. P.S. I'd book directly through their website!

For an affordable stay, the place was very clean inside and out. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and clean, and the room had a functional bathroom, shower, fan, and HVAC. It blocked street noise well, too. The rooms are small and a little dated, but honestly, who cares.

Great stay, with a very friendly owner. We had one of the newer rooms and were comfortable, and it's so close to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small but very clean, and the location is great, close to downtown and safe for walking at night. It would be nice to have a coffee pot in the room. The owner Viresh was very helpful and accommodating!

Good value, nice rooms, and lots of parking on site, plus street parking right out front. I usually stay here when I'm passing through SLO.
