Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center

Laura and Chloe were so friendly and made great omelets. The food and service were both lovely, and the beds were comfortable. When we needed help with the air in one of our rooms, maintenance responded quickly. The staff also helped speed up the elevate process, and housekeeping went above and beyond. A great stay.

I attended the CDCAT conference for the first time and had a really good experience. The conference education was worthwhile, and the hotel stay was top notch. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Chelsea and Nadia were especially helpful, with great customer service and communication. They pointed me toward the events and were cordial with all the many guests I saw them assisting. They deserve raises and bonuses for the way they represented the Embassy this week. I'll look for them when I come back to San Marcos and the Embassy Suites.

Lilyanna at the front desk made check-in easy and offered thoughtful suggestions that helped make my stay more comfortable. She was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. My ninth-floor room was clean and comfortable, and I had no problems from arrival onward. Breakfast was great each morning, and lunch on the first conference day was a surprise in the best way. I'd never had brisket at a hotel before, and this was some of the best I've had anywhere. Absolutely fire. Great food, service, and accommodations. I'd happily come back and recommend the hotel.

We've been displaced from our home since 12/19/25 and have been staying at the Embassy Suites ever since. Gilbert and Rebekah have made it feel like a home away from home. They were warm and attentive from the start, and every question or request was handled quickly and with a smile. Their kindness, care, and attention to detail have turned a difficult life situation into a great stay so far. Service like theirs is rare. They deserve the highest recognition, and they're real assets to the hotel.
