We’ve made this our go-to when family or friends have an early flight out of Sanford. The airport shuttle is well organized, and the rates are easy on the budget. The hotel feels new, the rooms are clean and have no carpet, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
2/10
Breakfast was already disappointing: at 7:30 there was very little hot food and the coffee was gone. Check-in also took almost 40 minutes even though there was no line. The hotel is new and has that new-building smell, so it may still have some kinks to work out, but that doesn't excuse what happened to my small electronic device. I left it in the room, housekeeping didn't turn it in, and management did nothing to resolve it. Taking a guest's belongings isn't acceptable.

We were in town for a night of baseball and slept like babies. The staff were amazing, the location worked well, and late checkout was no problem.

It's brand new, and I don't have much to complain about. Nearly perfect.
10/10
The large rooms and stylish common areas made this new hotel feel like a four-star place. I also loved the free breakfast and how friendly the front desk staff were. It felt clean, quiet, and safe, and I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.
