The ocean view from our king room in building 2, overlooking the beach, was fantastic. My partner and I had a spectacular stay. The renovated room had the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced at a hotel, and the amenities were great. Staff helped us through a couple of minor checkout hiccups and were accommodating. The valet went above and beyond by bringing our luggage upstairs to the room. The front desk person, whose name I think was Johnathan or Jacob, was extremely polite and helped us at every turn. I was first called out to Hotel Milo for work and was impressed by how well put together the laundry room was. I choose where I stay based on the condition of the laundry machines and room, and that made me comfortable choosing it. The beautiful location and rooms helped too. They have a s’mores bar from 6pm-8pm, which we missed this time, but we’ll definitely come back to the Milo when we’re in the area.

The staff made us feel welcome and made the stay even more enjoyable. Our ocean view king room was spacious and impeccable, with a super comfortable bed. The room renovations are stunning, and the beach is right across the street. I’ll 100% stay here again!

Every interaction came with a warm smile and friendly conversation from the staff and manager, and the customer service was perfect. The hotel’s atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the beach view from our room was spectacular. The Milo felt like a little piece of heaven. We loved our time here and can’t wait to return to our home away from home.

Visiting from NYC. My usual place was sold out, so I found this cute boutique hotel. I didn’t realize I’d booked a solo spot, but that was cool. The bed and bathroom lighting were impeccable. The lights elsewhere didn’t work at all, though. I reported it, was told someone would come fix it, and they never did, so I relied on my flashlight and lamps. I had lots of questions each day. Some staff were nice, others weren’t, and I don’t think they were used to my east coast personality. A very mixed bag, but this place deserves better than a 3.5 rating. Overall rating: 4.6.

The service was very friendly, and being able to borrow the bikes was amazing. Everything was super clean, and the location was perfect. The place has a feel that reminds me of classic American motels. A great experience if, like me, you’re not looking for a luxury hotel.
