The room was spotless, and even the parking lot was in great shape. It was quiet and comfortable, with new appointments, and the location worked well for me. The front office associate was professional and gave me a genuinely hospitable welcome. I had an excellent stay and plan to come back.

The bed and linens were uncomfortable, and the towels were old, small, and rough. The room wasn't dirty, but it smelled bad and felt VERY dated. The front desk was friendly as a rattlesnake. I really can't think of anything good about this place.

For the price, this worked well for me, and I'd gladly stay again. It's not trying to be the Four Seasons or Residence Inn, and I'd put it more in the Hampton Inn or Springhill range. My room was clean and quiet, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the water pressure was good. There was a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, modern TV, and Wi-Fi. Check-in was quick and friendly, and parking was easy.

We came from the East Coast for a family wedding in Calistoga, and just needed somewhere to shower and sleep. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the neighbors stayed quiet both nights. The price was good compared with Napa Valley hotels and the Hampton Inn in town. I'd stay here again if I'm back in the area.

There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby, and the inn is served by both city and county bus routes. It's also close to a junior college with cultural events and a nice bookstore. The prices are among the lowest in Santa Rosa, California, but I prefer North Bay Inn to plenty of motels that cost more. I wouldn't recommend the cheaper motels in town. This quaint little gem is my first choice when I need a place in Santa Rosa.🥰💃🤸♀️🕊️✌️☮️🙏🙏
