La Fontana Motel

Do NOT book here. It was filthy and moldy, with used sheets and rude, terrible front desk staff and a manager. When I complained about the dirt, the front desk woman said she was the cleaner and it was fine. I took her to the room, and she said she already knew the pillows were dirty because she had put them on the bed. She kept saying they were dirty, not moldy. If you accidentally book, don’t sign at the front desk or you’ll never get your money back. This place is gross, and I’m STILL WAITING ON A REFUND 3 MONTHS LATER!!

Hi, I’m Sheldon Johnson. I stayed at this hotel last night, and it was very clean. The manager was polite and hardworking, and she kept a smile on her face while making the room very nice. She’s just taken over the place and is doing a great job. I’d always give this hotel five stars.

The place is falling apart, and the room NEVER gets cleaned. The mattresses were filthy, there was poop all over the toilet, and the shower was covered in mold. The AC smelled strongly of mold and body odor, while the walls had boogers, blood, and some mystery fluid on them. Super sketchy and absolutely disgusting, the worst place I’ve ever been. I’d rather sleep outside. Please don’t bring your family here. This place needs to be condemned.

We left before our planned checkout because the bed sheets looked like they’d already been used, the room was shockingly dirty, and the pool water was filthy and seemed not to have been serviced in a while. My boyfriend and I booked online for the 4th of July. The pictures made it look like an old hotel, but we thought we could manage. At check-in, a woman made us wait outside and there was no professionalism. Stay away if you expect clean sheets and a welcoming room, and don’t pay for the full stay until you’ve seen the room. If you have to pay an extra $70 per night somewhere else, do it. They don’t give refunds. This business should be shut down.
