The rates were outstanding, and the service was great across the board. Rooms are large, quiet, and clean, and the location is perfect. I also appreciate the refillable bottles in the rooms and water stations. Downstairs, the bagel shop has amazing bagels, especially the French toast one.

The quiet room and really comfortable beds made it easy to unwind after long days at the conference. The location was especially handy, right by the convention center, and we also got to use the hot tub and gym. Staff were warm and helpful, and housekeeping came in each day to make the bed, replace towels, and take out the trash. I felt well looked after and would happily recommend it.

The spa was the highlight for us. We spent afternoons moving between the hot tub, steam room, and pool, and came away feeling refreshed. Friendly Elliot at the desk made us feel at home, and that welcome led us to book two nights even though we had planned on staying just one. We were on the designated quiet 15th floor, but could hear a young child crying for over an hour in the early evening. The pillows could use a firmer option, too. At the bagel shop, service was great around 7 AM, but the lines on both weekend mornings around 8 were long and the rush felt chaotic, with impatient, hungry people waiting. These were small snags in an otherwise lovely stay. The comfort, amenities, location, and good price make Hyatt at Olive 8 an easy recommendation, and we expect to return for the spa, perhaps as hotel guests or day pass visitors. On a busy NFL event night, the hotel's parking was full, so staff pointed us to a secure lot nearby that was cheaper and easy to get to. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and quiet, with friendly staff and good prices. A great stay.
