The rooms were comfortable, the coffee was amazing, and having access to the gas grill was great. The owner also did a huge load of laundry for us for just $10. We stayed three nights and got excellent service, with a fully stocked kitchen too. I'll definitely return next time I'm in Seward.

The owner and manager are the best, and it's so handy to all the tourist attractions. Alaska Wish Lodge feels like a perfect home for anyone, with family accommodation, a peaceful and comfortable setting, clean rooms, and stylish decor. The people are very friendly, the atmosphere is excellent, and the price is very affordable. ❤

We booked a self-catering room for two expecting a kitchen, but got a small room with no oven or cooking facilities. There was just a little table and one chair, so we ended up eating cold food while standing.

It's a nice place to stay in small-town Seward, and downtown is walkable. The downsides were painfully slow wifi, thin enough walls that we could hear the neighbors easily, and no blackout curtains.
