The Vistas 119 Modern studio with full kitchen 1st floor great location

I only booked yesterday and just checked in, but they’ve been quick to answer any questions or concerns and flexible with check-in. The room matched its description, maybe even looked better than the pictures. I’d seen a lot of negative reviews, but none of those issues came up for me. My room was clean and everything worked.

The only good thing was the affordable price for a family, and I’m glad we stayed just one night. We arrived too late to change our plans, and I can only hope we didn’t bring anything home from this place. The outside looks decent, but the building smelled awful from the moment we got the entry code. The hallway odor lingered in my nose long after I left. The room was filthy too. The pullout bed had crumbs, and when I opened it, the mattress cover was stained with blood and other things. The sheets on all the beds had nasty stains, and there was old food on the cabinets. I’m sure they don’t clean much between guests. It definitely wasn’t newly remodeled. Also, if you book through Booking.com or anywhere other than the property’s own site, watch out for extra fees. We only learned about the security deposit when we arrived. I’ll steer clear next time.

The parking lot was clean, and there’s a nice shared area for guests and residents. It’s quiet and welcoming, and the staff are always cheerful, friendly and easygoing. Great place for either a short or a long stay.

A clean, affordable place to stay in Sierra Vista. Customer service replies quickly, and it’s close to the Army base and the town’s main amenities.
