We won our cheer comp and took it all home with us, and this place was a win for our stay too. Cara, the night worker with short blond hair, was super friendly and helpful. She checked us in, gave us local food options, and had a great smile. The staff wished us good luck as we left for the competition, then asked how it went when we came back the first day. That was really nice of them. We also had no hassle coming and going to the car, which we do a lot at these places. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice, with everything we needed. Breakfast had hot and cold options, including yogurt, muffins, juice, and bacon one morning. The orange juice was really good, and so were the waffles, with plenty of choices for a quick bite. The pool was a bit chilly and could have been warmer. The bathroom barn doors don't give much privacy, and the air could work better. Overall, we enjoyed the three-night stay and would come back if we visit souix falls again. Next time, we'll bring a box fan.

The beds were comfortable, which is the only reason I'm giving this hotel two stars instead of one. We paid far too much for a three-star stay that felt like terrible value. We booked a "Two-Queen" room, but the beds weren't anywhere near 60" across, just barely wider than a Full. Bed size matters most to me when booking, so that was my biggest complaint. The bathroom barn door worked more like a strange curtain and gave zero privacy. Lighting was bad, and the few cool-toned bulbs made the room feel like an abandoned office building. The appliances, including the TV, heater/cooler, and hairdryer, were cheap and barely usable. The room wasn't clean either: stains on the sheets, hair in the beds, and hair in the shower. At free breakfast, the only edible option was waffles, and they were fine. I might have been satisfied if it had cost half as much.

Getting around from here was easy, with stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a theater nearby, little traffic getting in and out, and convenient access to anywhere in Sioux Falls. It's about twenty minutes from the Minnesota welcome center. The property felt safe and well kept, and I appreciated how simple and stress free it was to stay here with my two dogs. The place is clean, quiet, and modern. My room was surprisingly spacious, with huge windows, great blackout shades, a nice standing shower, and Netflix a click away. The lighting and layout made it cozy, and the mattress was incredible. I had a great experience and will definitely stay again.

The room was nicely set up, and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. The staff were great and everything was very clean. Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time, and I'd highly recommend it.

I stayed at Glo Best Western for a whole week and had amazing customer service. Sky treated me with respect, and the rest of the staff were kind too. The place is really clean and close to food, shops, movies, and gast stations. I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.
