I've been here about a week, and it's quiet and feels safe. My room works perfectly for one person with a physical disability and has everything I need. There's free WiFi and cable, no apartment-sized deposit or utility bills, and weekly housekeeping once you stay beyond a week. Monica was very sweet and personable while cleaning my room. At check-in, one of the managers and Michelle, the site's general manager, were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I added a few things of my own to make it feel more like an apartment than a motel room. Thanks, InTown Suites, for giving me a micro-studio to call home.

I book here all the time because I love this place. Michelle is wonderful and hospitable, and makes sure guests get what they need. The rooms are always clean and look just like the pictures. 100/10.

It's more like an apartment setup than a hotel, so don't expect pots and pans. For the price, though, it's good quality, and I'm happy here for now. The room was surprisingly clean, and I haven't seen roaches so far. Someone from Orkan comes to spray all the rooms, which is reassuring. The place is mostly quiet, with people keeping to themselves. Sometimes a couple argues, and kids are around during the day and evening, but things generally quiet down around 8. After flying back from Alaska and being awake nearly 24 hours, I was wiped out when I arrived. Ms. Michelle was really nice at check-in, answered everything, explained what I needed to know, and let me look at the room before I decided to stay. I haven't had a problem with any of the staff.

I've been staying here since October without any issues. The room is very nice, and it's peaceful and feels safe. Michelle is wonderful and kind, and housekeeping is great and friendly. Restaurants and stores are nearby, too.

I've gone back and forth between this location and 3000 highway 6, and Ms. Michelle is by far the best. She's welcoming and accommodating, remembers your name, and jumps on any issue right away. I'm always happy with how she handles things. I even watched her fix my toilet herself. She's superwoman, and I'm glad I know her.
