Hampton Inn & Suites Stamford

Annabelle remembers my name and the snacks and soda I like. She’s also helped me book getaways where the extra points and cash back feel like they should make the trips free. Seeing her feels like winning the lottery, so let her help you out. Ashley at the front desk always welcomes me with a smile and goes out of her way to make my stay work. The staff are the reason I keep coming back. The rooms are bright and fresh, and breakfast beats what I’ve had at other Hamptons.

The whole Hampton Inn team made this a great experience. Ashley was handling the front desk while I waited to speak with the manager, and I watched her juggle things while treating each guest with real care and professionalism. That kind of service is hard to find these days. General Manager Madhu Dalal was professional and sorted out what I needed for the gym, accommodating both my wife and me. We had a wonderful stay, and the room, hotel, breakfast, and restaurant in the lobby were all excellent. There are plenty of hotels around, but I’d pick this one first. Thanks to Madhu Dalal, Ashley, and everyone on staff.

Annabelle is warm and down to earth, and I really like her. The atmosphere, look, staff, food, and drinks were all lovely. I’ll stay here again whenever I’m in town. The stay was comfortable and quiet, with beautiful views. There were a few small cosmetic issues and the shower pressure was a bit low. Having a restaurant right next door was a real bonus since I was traveling without a car.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The two-star rating doesn't capture how spacious and updated the rooms are. Fresh coffee and breakfast included were nice extras, and Ashley and Annebelle were a big help.
