The building was clean, and most employees I dealt with were polite and helpful. Still, after staying about two months, I found this place much better suited to a short visit, maybe a week or less. For a longer stay, I'd seriously consider spending my money elsewhere. Several things became frustrating over time. The rooms have a full-size fridge, which was a plus, but you'll need to bring or buy your own plates, silverware, pots, and pans. There's no in-room coffee maker. The blinds don't block out enough light if you work nights or need a dark room, so bring a sleep mask. Showers never got very hot, and I could hear the road at night, along with an alarm going off across the street every night. Internet is limited to two devices. Laundry costs $6 total per load. Military guests should ask about the $25 monthly laundry pass at check-in. No one offered it to us, and we ended up spending over $100 on laundry. Housekeeping was another problem. Room cleaning and linen changes are scheduled every two weeks, which seems crazy to me, and we had to ask when our cleaning didn't happen. A sign invited us to sign up for weekly nighttime cleaning, so we did. When we later asked about it, the general manager, Kaitlyn Jacobs, said, “It’s if we can, not that we will.” Maybe that's the actual policy, but the sign should make that clearer. Otherwise, it feels like signing up for a prize you were never eligible to win. When the room was cleaned, the bed wasn't made. They left clean sheets on top of the old ones, so we still had to change it ourselves. For clean towels or sheets between cleaning days, you have to bring the used ones downstairs to exchange them. They also charge about $1.48 a day for linen even though they only change it once a week, and only if you ask. Around the fifth or sixth week of our eight-week stay, our room key stopped working. We first thought it might be because it was stored next to other cards in a wallet. Instead, the hotel had disabled it because a payment was coming due. We got no warning, and the payment wasn't due for another two days. Disabling a guest's key without notice isn't a good way to communicate about payment, especially during a long stay. We asked for a late checkout because of our work schedules. At first they said 1:00 p.m. was the latest they could offer. Later, Kaitlyn said they couldn't do that after all and checkout had to be at 11:00 a.m. In my experience, she was rude at times and unaccommodating when we raised concerns. The rest of the staff were generally kind and helpful, but my interactions with the general manager were disappointing. The lack of accommodation and the problems with communication, housekeeping, the laundry benefit, and the room key made this stay harder than it needed to be. It may be fine for a quick visit, but for an extended stay, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

My wife booked a room and chose to pay at the hotel, but before she arrived they tried to charge an expired card. When she got there, they said they were fully booked, even though her reservation still showed as active. It seemed they'd given her room to someone already there. The front desk person didn't help, and the GM never called her back. They hadn't canceled the reservation, but they were overbooked and left her scrambling to find somewhere else, even though she was in town for a special event. We'll never reserve here again.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal, but the rooms were a very different story. On my first day I had to clean my room because there was a lot of pink mold under the shower shelves. Noise came through from upstairs and next door all day and night, even every time someone opened a door. We had two rooms for our family of five. The towels are tiny, so bring your own, and the bed squeaked and slid around. They charge for plates, pot sets, and extra linen. Although they say no smoking, people smoked in front of the building and wherever they wanted. After several days of that, this was the worst hotel experience.

Expensive but cheap. Profitability seemed to be the point from the moment I checked in. They handed me a contract, and the secretary highlighted the different pages I had to sign. Is this a doctor's office? There was no breakfast, and the bare facility was ugly, without a human touch or the slightest trace of good taste. It felt like a place to store a box or a pallet. Unfortunately, I'm human, and I paid a lot for this.

I had booked Monday through Wednesday, then extended the stay on Tuesday because the job wouldn't be finished in time. On Wednesday morning I left for the job site and came back around 10:00 a.m. to find the cleaning service leaving my room with my food. All $80 worth was gone, from the fridge and freezer to the cabinets. Apparently employees live at this hotel, and that's where my things ended up, in their damn room. I travel quite often, and this was the worst hotel experience I've had. I'll never stay here again. BEWARE!
