Lotte Hotel Guam

The room was very old, and the staff were terrible. The receptionists weren’t friendly, and their Korean English was hard to understand. The room lights went out several times, so maintenance should be done properly. Housekeeping also left dirty towels. I’d recommend staying at another hotel closer to the main part of Tumon.

Our wedding at Lotte Hotel’s Aqua Symphony Chapel in September 2025 was beautiful, and I’ll always remember marrying the love of my life there. The chapel has a warm, rustic feel, with lovely decor, a grand piano, and a great view. We had a live violinist, and the sound in the room was magical. Lotte Chapel gave our decorators freedom to bring our ideas to life. There’s also a small waiting area for the bride before she walks down the aisle. The air conditioning is generally cool, though the chapel can get humid with a large crowd. Access could be hard for guests with mobility issues because the entrance has only stairs, about three large steps. A front drop-off is possible for anyone who can’t walk the full distance. We also booked one night in a standard room and two in the Poolside Suite. The standard room was better than we expected, with a small kitchen area, a large living room and TV, two beds, a closet, and a clean, well-kept bathroom. The furniture felt a little dated, and the view looked onto a building wall, but the balcony was nice for fresh air. It comfortably fit my groom, his eight groomsmen, and other wedding party members. The Poolside Suite was incredible. It had a luggage table and large refrigerator by the entrance, a generous living room with a TV, and a separate bedroom with two large beds and another TV. The bathroom had luxurious marble finishes, and the air conditioning was excellent. There was plenty of room for my eight bridesmaids and the rest of the wedding party, as well as a hair and makeup station. There are lovely photo spots and lots of lounge areas around Lotte Hotel. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to family and friends. Professional Photo credit: Stel Star Event Services

The views are spectacular, the location is great, and the food was good. We had a wonderful stay, with especially amazing service from the front desk. Our room’s AC still didn’t work well after a technician checked it, but I highly recommend the hotel.

It’s a good choice for families. The building and utilities are old, but the staff are very friendly and quick to respond when you ask for something, which made our stay comfortable.
