Need a place for a quick stop and a hot shower? This works.

I have no reason to go back to American inn. I was banned after reporting them because they had bed bugs. They also charge more than super 8.

The people were very nice, but the quality control needs work. Just walking from the bed to the bathroom left my feet black from the dirty floor. There wasn't a plug near any mirror, either, so using a curling iron or hair dryer was a pain. There's more I could say, but it needs improvement.

The rooms are nice, with good amenities, and the service was good. Housekeeping could be more efficient as they move from room to room. They may try to overcharge sometimes, but if you call ahead and reserve, there aren't problems. Keep away from the neighboring rooms and you can have a decent stay.

I found a live bed bug crawling on me and took it to the front desk. The guy showed me two other rooms with bed bugs, and I told him I wasn't comfortable staying there and wanted a refund. My wife had to get snappy with him before he returned the full $50. Not worth it.
