They wouldn't rent me a room because an employee was allergic to pet dander. They seem to think that employee's allergy puts them above the Federal Government's mandate to accept registered service animals. That isn't my problem or any other customer's. They aren't above the United States Government. I would not recommend this place.

The front desk gentleman was nice, and we felt safe. For the price, it wasn't the worst place I've stayed. The bed was made, nothing was broken, and the toilet and shower looked clean. But I got a smelly smoking room after asking for non-smoking. The headboard was filthy with fingerprints and other stuff on it, and my feet turned nasty brown from walking on the floor. They need to spend more time cleaning.

This place looks nothing like the website, and I was really disappointed. I called to ask about a weekly rate and was quoted $190, but when I arrived they said it was $240. The parking lot had trash and prostitutes, and some guy rode up on a bicycle trying to sell me a gold ring. There wasn't even a chair in the room. The AC cover rattled and was full of dirt and dust. The TV didn't work when I arrived, so I called the front desk and they took their time coming to sort it out. It turned out the TV was unplugged, and so was the microwave. This place is trashy.

They'd steal from you there. I wish zero stars were an option. From the moment we arrived, the lady at the front was rude and demanded a $50 cash deposit. The room was dirty, with an unclean toilet, hair everywhere, stained carpet, and lights that didn't work. At checkout, nobody was there. The phone number said to come back at 9 if we wanted the deposit returned. When I went back, they claimed a towel was missing and said they'd keep $10 from my deposit. I wouldn't even consider taking one of their discounting towels. A friend of mine was staying there too and they did the same thing to her. When the lady realized we knew each other, she gave the deposit back. As I was leaving, the lady at the front insulted me and called me a “B*tch”. Don't stay there, they'd steal from you.
