Royal Inn Suites

Please don't book here. We found bed bugs and roaches in the bed, toilet, shower, and other places. We had the jacuzzi room, and roaches were coming out of the jets and crawling up my leg from the drain. The room hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, and we felt completely unsafe in the location. I was 18 and on my way to the office to return the key card and ask for a refund when a man followed me down the hotel asking for a weed plug. At reception, the woman raised her voice and said she wasn't giving my money back. We didn't stay. It was disgusting and so disappointing. Please don't waste your money.

The pictures were really misleading. Trash and beer bottles were left in the room, the walls were filthy with yellow stuff all over them, and the door lock was loose. There were nails sticking out, and screws were needed too. The heat was cold, there was no hot water, and I couldn't even shower. The bed made a drum-like noise every time I moved. I had an early hospital visit and had already booked, but I told her I couldn't manage the steps, so she had to clean one downstairs herself. That room was shity as hell. If I'd seen the inside, I never would've booked it. I wouldn't even put my dog in there.

I visited a friend who was staying here. The view from outside was terrible, and the room was dirty, run down, and outdated. The beds looked like someone had been murdered on them, and the room smelled old and rancid. There wasn't even a trash can, and the mirror was broken. It wasn't worth what was paid. Honestly, $20 a night would be fair, and that's generous.

The place is infested with bedbugs. I told the front office, but they cut me off before I could finish, said there'd be no refund, and walked away.
