Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner

Chelsea made a real difference to my stay while I was in town for school. I needed some important documents printed, but the hotel printer wasn't working right. She let us email the files to her and made sure they got printed for us. She was warm and smiling whenever we saw her, and was so willing to help. It's clear she cares about guests. Thanks for going the extra mile, Chelsea. I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

The location worked well for getting around, with a train station within walking distance, easy access to D.C. and Tysons Galleria, Walmart nearby, and places to eat just outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the clean, comfortable rooms were fine, though not luxurious. Breakfast was adequate, and I liked the omelette bar. When smoke from someone on a non-smoking floor got into my room, the front desk moved me without hesitation. It took a couple of tries to find a room without the odor, and the one I ended up in was smaller, but I appreciated that they accommodated me. I stayed over Christmas and New Year's 2025. I liked the location, but you get what you pay for. This is the oldest Embassy Suites I've stayed in, despite having visited several around the country, and it really needs updating. I was also a little disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations. It's an okay choice if you're on a budget and don't expect too much.

Breakfast was a highlight, with two chefs making fresh omelets to order. The property was impeccably clean, and the indoor heated pool was enjoyable and well kept. Staff were friendly and gave great service throughout my stay. There's a daily parking charge, but the location is convenient to the mall and several other places to visit.

Ashleigh gave me a very friendly, helpful welcome at check-in and kept texting during my stay to see if everything was going well. The amount of marijuana smoke around the hotel was a major problem. Having non-smoking floors and rooms doesn't help when the fumes get into both public areas and private spaces.
