We had to move from the first room because it was dirty, with a drink left in the fridge, a cracked tub, a broken shelf under the fridge, and a broken lock. The replacement was somewhat better but still dirty, and it also had cracks in the tub. Both rooms had ants. It was extremely hot when we arrived, and when we switched on the cooling, there was a moldy smell. Breakfast was practically nothing: water came out when I tried to get orange juice, and they only put out donuts and muffins, with no waffles, eggs, or sausage. These places aren't the Taj Mahal!

I was on a long trip and just needed sleep, but both separate rooms smelled strongly of smoke. The second room was only a little better. The light above the sink burned out within 30 minutes, and the fridge had six inches of ice built up inside. Breakfast was no hot meal, just a broken waffle machine, watery cranberry juice, a few cereals, and the rest of a gallon of sour milk. The lack of room maintenance is disgusting. The Baymont name on this place should be an embarrassment.

It's been a tough few months, and the Baymont has helped me get through them. The rooms aren't all perfect, but the staff have been nothing but kind to me, my boyfriend, and my sister. They've given us discounts when we've stayed longer. Whenever I need something, they either take care of it or make it right. Mr Leo is especially cool, always friendly and ready to help or work with you.

I stayed with my fiancé in room #222 from October 26, 2025 to November 7, 2025, only because I was in a pinch. The room was filthy: the mirrors and sink were dirty, the floor hadn't been swept or mopped, and the bedding hadn't been changed and may have had bugs. The fridge was frozen over and wouldn't close. There was no phone, microwave, trash can, or coffee supplies. When I asked about a microwave, the day desk worker said she'd send someone or bring one if they had any, but nothing happened. A housekeeper gave us wet towels with hair on them when we asked for clean ones, and there were no spare towels. Our key was set for one night even though we'd booked five days at that point, so we had to renew it downstairs each morning. The air conditioner ran on auto constantly and wouldn't hold the temperature we set. I don't remember names well: the woman usually on the day shift was rude and unpleasant to deal with, while the woman who works nights maybe once a week was nice to talk to. The night shift man was my favorite. He gave us prices straight and made my fiancé and me feel welcome. I would never stay there again.
