Red Roof Inn Vero Beach - I-95

I figured the hotel would be handy, just minutes off I-95, but I hadn’t thought about the traffic on Route 60. Wow, it was noisy. The room was very basic, no frills, not even tissues. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, so I didn’t get much work done. The IHOP restaurant on the property was supposed to stay open until 11 p.m., but when I walked over at 8 p.m., it was closed. Very disappointing. I won’t use this hotel again.

You can’t always judge a place by the reviews. Mine was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and quiet, and the shower was nice. My wife is really picky, so when I say the room was great, it was great.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, and the price for the quality was really good. We stopped for one night on the way to Miami, and the location right by the highway was convenient. The room was clean, the bed was fine, and overall it was a decent place to stay. The shower could’ve been hotter. I’d recommend it.

The hotel sorted out my situation, and I highly recommend staying there. I accidentally left my $100 security deposit behind, and they called me when they realized I’d forgotten it. They mailed me a check and kept in touch, even though I’m 1,000 miles away. You can’t beat the whole stay, especially for about $70. The rooms were clean, the pillows were great, and the service was excellent. There’s a pancake place attached to the office, too. The food and service were very good and not expensive. They have fries, shakes, burgers, and more, so it’s a big plus if you’re hungry. They took care of me there as well.
