Seaspray Surf Lodge

We’ve spent 12 days at " SeaSpray" each of the past four years, and Meg is a wonderful manager who makes every stay pleasant. She keeps everything super clean and goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. We’ve got a comfortable king bed, and the shampoo, soap, and other toiletries are very good. It’s relaxing to sit by or use the pool, and the beach is a short walk away. They have beach chairs at no charge. Meg lets us use the washer and dryer for $2 each, and there are various pots and pans if you want to cook. The electric stove is old but works just fine, and there’s a big gas grill. The setting is lovely and residential, with restaurants within walking distance. I’m very impressed by Meg’s attention to detail.

The courtyard was adorable, and the rooftop area felt so peaceful. The pool was spotless, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and felt like my own apartment, a home away from home. It was simple but quaint, and the bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep. My husband and I will definitely book again!

Meg, the manager, was so helpful and kind while we were there. SeaSpray Surf Lodge has a great vibe and location, plus everything you could want to borrow for a day at the beach. We had a great stay and I’m looking forward to going back.

Megan, who ran the place, was excellent, and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating. It was very quiet, too, and within walking distance of the beach. We met friends there and would stay again if we were meeting people. The rooms are very outdated, with old appliances. We had to secure the fridge to keep it shut. The screened doors were noisy and had to be lifted to close. The bathroom is tiny, and most of the floor tiles need replacing. There’s no elevator, so people were dragging luggage upstairs. The layout definitely doesn’t work for people with disabilities on either floor.
