Towneplace Suites by Marriott Warren

We stayed for two months, and the place came to feel like home. The room was spotless and quiet, with a wonderfully comfortable king-size bed, and breakfast each morning had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful the whole time. Everyone worked together as a team to take good care of us. What a gem. We’d highly recommend it, and thank you for a great stay. Breakfast was fresh, well looked after, and had a good range of choices. The front desk service was a real highlight too. A young woman with dark hair was working during our visit, though I can’t remember her name. She was welcoming, professional, and helpful, and made check-in easy. Housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable. There’s a little room for improvement there, but nothing major. I’d had mixed experiences here before, so it was great to see how much the service and atmosphere have improved. This visit changed my view of the hotel, and I’d come back and recommend it.

I travel often for work, and Ebony at the front desk made a real difference. She was friendly and professional, made me feel welcome, and helped with everything I needed for my stay. Front desk interactions can be rushed or unpleasant at other hotels, but hers was a pleasure. I’m certain I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Detroit.

I had a serious problem on the first night of my six-night stay, and Ebony took care of it. She also made me feel valued as a Marriott member with status, even though I hadn’t mentioned it. She’s an outstanding person. If she isn’t already in upper management, she should be. Thanks again for making my stay great.
