The staff were courteous and friendly, and everything was clean and seemed fairly new. It's just off US 30, with several shopping options nearby. I had no problems and would stay here again.

The only real snag was the pool temperature. The kids were shivering because the water was so cold. My cousin and I had brought my son and his friend for an evening swim to celebrate finishing kindergarten. The hotel and bathroom were clean, the bathroom was nicely arranged, and guest services were polite and knew their stuff. Apart from the cold pool, it was a great stay and we'd come back.

The bed was much too firm for me, and there should be a second chair or a sofa in a double room so two people have somewhere to relax. The bedside outlet was hard to access, and I had to hunt around for the well-hidden light switch. The building seems fairly new, the room was clean, and the roomy walk-in shower and bathroom layout worked well for two.

Clean, nice, and easy. I was here for work, and the snacks at the desk really helped on those long days.

We were told only after arriving that the pool was unavailable because they had no chlorine. The connecting door in our adjoining rooms wouldn't open because its lock was broken. Then the elevator door didn't open all the way for us to get out. 😐
