It's easy to hear a lot of what the neighbors are up to, and the room is small, just as other people have said. Still, it's very clean and has what you need for a quick trip to DC, maybe for a conference at the nearby center. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the hotel feels secure in the evenings. They provide earplugs, white noise machines, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There are good meeting spaces around the hotel and nice food and drink options at the in-house Crimson bar. The parking garage they're partnered with is confusing. To reach it, use the elevators by the Haagen Dazs shop in nearby Gallery place.

The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were great, friendly, and helpful. The rooms really do live up to the micro hotel name: there's no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot, and no dresser, so plan on living out of your suitcase. We had space under the bed for our carry-ons. The bathroom has an opaque sliding door instead of a proper one, and it blocks no sound at all, so there's no real privacy.

The food on site was a big plus, especially the great burger. Breakfast was freshly and skillfully made, which was a welcome change from the prefab egg discs and microwaves a lot of hotels use. The staff were friendly and capable, and when a family emergency meant I had to leave a day early, they handled it with real understanding. Many thanks to them. Motto by Hilton is a great option in a town full of places to stay. It's a micro-hotel, but my small room was clean, crisp, and modern, and worked perfectly for a few days. I'll be back!

I hadn't stayed in this kind of hotel before, and the micro motel was amazing. The one-bedroom room I shared with my girlfriend was cute and suited two people and a couple of bags. There's a big gap on both sides of the sliding bathroom door, so sound privacy could be better, but it was okay. No ice machines, though there are water refill stations on every floor. It's near Capital One Arena, excellent restaurants, and not far from the monument. Parking was okay. The walls seem thin to the outside, so you can hear everything.
