The room faced the pool, where some kids around 10-15 were playing. A couple were screaming and squealing, making it hard to fall asleep, but the front desk quieted them down after we called. We appreciated that. The service was nice and the room was clean, though dated. We were spending the weekend at Busch Gardens and Water County USA and wanted something inexpensive. It's a case of getting what you pay for.

The bed wasn't awful, but that's about the best I can say. There was a roach, and the walls were so thin we could hear everyone having sex. Our room had no microwave or fridge, and there was maintenance going on the whole time. The "breakfast" was a bowl of mini muffins and something that only barely looked orange, probably Tang. You get what you pay for.

They provided a rollaway bed for an extra charge, and the kids watched Disney Channel. The beds were too springy, and the toilet paper and tissues were down to their last sheets until I asked for replacements. Given the price, those were acceptable little annoyances.

For 59 a night, I got clean sheets and towels, a comfortable bed, hot water, cold A/C, and a TV. A solid budget room, around 4-4.5 stars. The outdoor pool looked a little filmy, maybe pollen, but it wasn't bad. I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and didn't get room service, but picked up fresh towels at the front desk. The wifi was weak on my phone in the room but worked on my computer. It's close to colonial Williamsburg, so save on the room and spend it on dinner. Fat Tuna was great!

The staff were very accommodating, and the older rooms were clean. There's a nice pool we could have used, and it's not far from shopping or Busch Gardens.
