Bridge View Motel

The rooms were nice and clean, and the location was perfect, but there was no real connection with the customer. They told us we’d get two free drinks and breakfast at the Boathouse restaurant downstairs, but failed to say it’s closed for breakfast four days a week. That seems pretty important when you’re promising those services, and it made me feel they don’t care much about customers. Check-in at 4:30 pm is also unheard of for us. We’ve traveled in many countries and never had such a late check-in. If you’re only there for a day, I’d skip it. I don’t think it’s worth the money.

My new bathing suit was fine after using the hot tub yesterday. Today, the chlorine was so strong our eyes burned, and my suit was ruined when I got out. I went straight to the front desk, and the woman said it has chlorine in it. Well, of course, I have a hot tub and know how to balance the chemicals. We packed up and cut the stay short. We visit the Natura destinations often with friends and family, and I’ve never had a suit ruined at Aloha before.

We arrived in the evening and only needed somewhere to sleep during our travels. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We chose the cheapest street-view room, but it was decent. The walls are quite thin, and we could hear the people next door talking. For the price, it’s a great place, and very close to downtown.

The view is the best in the Dells, and the price is usually pretty reasonable. The rooms are a little outdated, but that doesn’t bother me since they’re clean. I love this hotel and always book a balcony room.
