The staff were outstanding, quick, friendly, and efficient, and the room was fine, like a typical hotel room. The only downside for me was that the room was too cold when I came to use the pool. The pool area, hot tub, and sauna looked fabulous, but with it 10 degrees outside, it was hard to keep the space warm.

The room with the hot tub was okay, but the bathroom was below par. The shower handle was loose from the wall, the toilet paper holder was loose, and the shower itself was tiny. Check-in at 4 o'clock is ridiculous when you're paying over $200 for just 19 hours in a subpar room. There was also a strong musty smell as soon as I started the heater/AC. I shut it off and found the front filters coated in dust and danger. After rinsing and drying them, then putting them back, the smell was gone. Staff should clean those filters in every room every six months or so.

Breakfast was mostly bagels, cereal, waffles, eggs (not real), and sausages, with apple and orange juice and coffee to drink. The sink being outside the bathroom wasn't my favorite, and the bathroom felt a little small. Still, it was a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff were pretty friendly. They seemed short staffed, but made it work.

The hot tub and sauna were refreshing, and breakfast in the morning was a nice extra. Rooms were clean, the hospitality was amazing, and it was a great experience. I'd definitely stay again.

I slept really comfortably, and the jacuzzi and pool were especially nice and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was convenient too, right off I-90. I had a great stay and would come back.
