The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of it, and the staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we asked for directions or advice. Our family room was clean and had enough space for four. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad we couldn't stay longer. I'd definitely encourage others to stay here.

I wouldn't recommend this for foreigners. I booked online and was told payment would be made at the hotel, but later they tried to charge my card and my bank wouldn't allow it. I asked if I could pay ahead of time, but that wasn't possible. They required pre-authorization and said payment could only be made on arrival. That's a problem if you don't have a local card that supports it.

We stayed for one night while visiting the town. The garden view room was lovely, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious in the bright foyer. The doors are a bit unusual, and it took us a while to figure out how to lock and unlock ours. Great location and a great stay!

We ended up at Possada ElCapullo because our previous hotel had a problem, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice our short stay was. The place was quiet and comfortable, and the service was super friendly. The bed was comfortable, though at 1,40m it wasn't very wide for a couple. The location is perfect, right next to the old town. Just be aware that breakfast is mostly flour-based, so it would be hard if you have a gluten intolerance. I can recommend staying here.

The backyard is a really relaxing spot, with a welcoming pool to unwind in. There's also a nice garage where you can park your car. A great place to stay.
